The Biggest Difference Your $$ Can Make -- for the World Today.
In an era of mounting climate challenges and staggering biodiversity losses BioIntegrity steps forward to help you help stop these problems from worsening, immediately. We recommend vetted habitat preservation projects on lands of critical biological significance, which also offer tremendous carbon sequestration value. By helping to save and restore these last, truly wild places on earth you'll be protecting our planet's most biologically-rich ecosystems, allowing tropical forests to continue regulating global climate, preserving primordial global ecosystem services such as oxygen creation and carbon sequestration, saving entire species from extinction, protecting ancient indigenous cultures, promoting sustainable livelihoods, and more. Each tax-deductible project we recommend has an upfront carbon offset value of at least 100 tons CO2 per acre and is supported by vetted local partners.
BioIntegrity promotes projects that are:
- Carbon rich
- Biodiversity rich
- Affordable and large-scale
- Supported by indigenous partners
- Managed by a robust, trusted network
- Guided by a preservation ethic, in perpetuity
- Guided by a vision for global biosphere restoration.
Preserving the Biosphere as Part of Your Personal Legacy.
Tropical Forest Ecosystems have been the "Edens" of land-based biological evolution for about 250 million years. These threatened, bio-rich, carbon storage reservoirs offer long-term, self-sustaining viability for eons to come if only we protect them today. Globally, these ecosystems have been reduced more than 50% since 1970. The Amazon lost ~22% of its total area since 1970, and cutting and clearing has been more rapid in West Africa, Madagascar, and Tropical Asia. You have the power to stop this trend, preserving the world's most valuable land-based ecosystems in perpetuity -- not just for future generations, but potentially for millions of years into the future.
What does this mean? After 65 million of years of biological evolution, human expansion has unintentionally eliminated thousands of species in just the last 45 years. The best way to keep that trend from continuing is to preserve our most bio-rich land masses, effectively: tropical rainforests. BioIntegrity is actively raising funds for biodiversity preservation projects, which put an end to the extinction crisis.
