Top Priorities

1. We need a board. We need Fred Smith helping us to develop and implement this breakthrough, charitable to self-sustaining nonprofit. 
2. We need funds. 
3. We need a tech person to manage files and gear, including functional watering and soil moving truck. 
4. We need a data person to manage onsite work. 
5. We need graphics people to make info visual and presentations beautiful. 
6. We need a data archivist to dig out reports on Chris' work 2023 and 2024. 
7. We need an administrator, an accountant, and several independently wealthy, honest and available mentors. 
8. We need a super well-connected board president, ala, Fred Smith. 
9. We need a business development, law and relationships person. 
10. Chris needs a co-executive director and clear definitions and guarantees as to his ongoing income and job security. 
11. We need graphic artists to design and post merch. We need someone to manage and grow the merch store and its social. 
12. We need people to manage and train volunteers. 
13. We need a social media expert, team, and strategy. 
14. We need logistics, booking, and travel assistance.
15. We need a first-rate grant connecting and writing expert. 

ASAP Priorities 

• We need to revive AllCreation.org and find its perfect partners. 
• We need to revive StringsinthePark.com and make it an ongoing series that earns its own income.
