Team Leadership: Resolution Driven
Organizationally, BioIntegrity Partnerships is still very young. The project began in 2014 with the question, "What's the #1 solution to climate change and the species extinction crisis (according to current science)?" That answer was transformational for yet a proper board did not come together around it. Then Covid, and coming out of that time Chris Searles' pivot to full time rainmaking with trees, strategic watering, and securing forests, while also running BioIntegrity's various pieces has left the door wide open for new, committed folks to jump on board.
Chris Searles has been the sole director and staff member of BioIntegrity Partnerships since 2014. His focus has been 100% on research, education and advocacy since the beginning, adding practioning in 2022. BioIntegrity now has a vertiable foundation for doing a whole lot of good around the world, quickly, which crosses political and economic divides. Chris is ready to partner-up on leadership and growth of the organization so he can continue to refine his practioning.
In the known history of Humanity, there is clear indication that too much deforestation and de-vegetation (which is what we're doing today to fight fire through prescribed burns and trimmings) causes ecological, economic, and societal collapse. In the Fertile Crescent this took a few thousand years. Today, if you look at the Earth's lands just 100 years ago relative to where they are today it's clear we are currently on the edge of repeating collapse due to our ignorant dehydration of Earth's land life.
BioIntegrity (and Chris Searles) have the answer, or at least one very big one: Re-hydration and Re-capacitation of droughted forests. We are the first rainmakers, in history it seems, but any person can participate in this solution. What humanity and Civilization's thirst for "ever-better" life need to realize is that
- Watering Trees & Forests (WTF) empowers the most basic stabilizing force on Earth: temperate, moist air circulation and precipitation over our lands.
- Other life is more powerful and more benevolent than we realize, especially as our life-support system. Its powers cannot be equaled or replaced by mechanical things.
All project experience so far indicates Civilization can turn its modern-day drought crisis around in months to years with coordinated strategic waterings and securing forests- implementation, at scale. IE., Check out our proposals for the $1M solution and the $25M solution.
BioIntegrity's goal today and everyday, 2025-2030, is to intercept the long-held human disregard for forests and trees and everything they do and get us all on track, this decade.
